I hope if we could encourage each other to improve our Japanese/English skills. In Japan, sales tax has increased from 5% to 8%. そうですか！I live in New York City currently, but in the future, I really want to visit Japan some time. I really like looking at architecture and I think that Japanese architecture（にほんおけんちく？） is very beautiful and clean looking. わたしはにほんにいきたいです。 I also want to see かわちふじえん！んとにきれいです。＾＾
たいへんですね。。。ㅠㅠ Is there tax on every item, or do different items have different tax amounts? Most items in New York City have different tax rates, so shoes and clothing costing under $110 have no tax, and food is not taxed as well. I'm not quite sure what to do, and I alone can't make a big change, but I do hope that the government gets back together. A lot of government funded websites have been shut down recently. So unfortunate!
